Returns & Exchanges

Each gift box is uniquely customized, and all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Additionally, body splashes, perfumes, lip balms, lip glosses, and any other cosmetic products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable for health and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Body splashes, perfumes, lip balms, lip glosses, and all other cosmetic or personal care items
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Sale items and gift cards
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damages & Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@easypeasygift.ca with photos and a description of the issue.

If the damage is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
